Terms and Conditions of Ordering

Order Confirmation:

  • At Checkout stage we require your company name, your name, contact phone number, email and ABN
  • A list of products you would like to order including the total quantity of each size and colour
  • Adescription of the type of branding you would like on each product e.g.which logo, what position you would like it placed, the size of theprint, PMS Colours etc.
  • Attached your artwork in either EPS or AI format with all text converted to outlines to your email
  • Confirm the exact date and time of when you need the goods by and the Delivery Address

Note: We do not accept Orders via phone, you must process your order through the Online Express Shop

Payment Terms

  • Payment is upfront via PayPal where you can use your own PayPal Account and do a EFT or you can make regular Credit Card payment through PayPal without having to become a member

Proofing your artwork:

  • Once your artwork is supplied in EPS or AI format we put together an artwork proof of your product within 1 day via email. If you do not receive this form within 24 hours please contact us at production@jempp.com.au
  • It is your responsibility to check this document and ensure that everything is correct including:
    • Logo Details
    • Logo placement
    • PMS Colours
    • Print dimensions
  • We require your artwork approval on the same day. We ask that you check your emails in expectation of the artwork proof however we will call you on the day approval is required to prompt you.
  • Ifthere are any changes required to the first artwork proof these will bemade free of charge. Once you receive the second artwork proof anychanges from that point will be subject to a $25 charge per change made. Please note that artwork changes may result in delay of your delivery.

  • Freight charges are included in the price of our products and include delivery to all locations in Australia

Cancelled Orders

  • Ifyou cancel your order after the email confirmation has been sent youwill be liable for the return cost of the unbranded goods as well asany freight costs incurred from transporting the goods
  • If youcancel your order after you have approved your artwork you will beliable for the full order cost including delivery costs


The 5 Day Delivery commences as soon as you reply to our Artwork Approval email with a go ahead. If received after 12:00am NOON (NSW time) then the "5 Days" will commencethe following day.
